We count visits. We don’t follow you.
When you book, we keep your name, email and phone number to run the booking and write to you about it. Beyond that, we keep a simple count of how the site is used, so we can make it easier — and nothing for advertisers.
Counting visits
We set one cookie of our own, called rtd_visitor. It holds a random number — not your name or email — and lasts a year. With it we can count how many people visit, see where they arrived from (another site, or the tag on an ad link), and see which step of booking people stop at, so we can make that step easier.
We record the pages you open and the steps you finish, like picking a date or reviewing your booking — never what you type into a form. That record goes to our own system, not to an analytics or advertising company. There’s no advertising pixel on this site.
What sits in your browser
rtd_visitor — counting visits
A cookie of our own holding a random number, set on the first page you open. It lasts a year.
Signing in
If you make an account, a cookie keeps you signed in until you sign out or it runs out.
Your booking draft
What you pick while building a booking is kept in your own browser, so you can come back to it. It reaches us only when you book.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Booking still works: you can book as a guest, with no account.
